- Identity and contact: full name, e-mail, phone, address.
- Profile data: photos, videos, physical attributes, experience/portfolio information.
- Transaction data: membership and payment records (card details are not stored).
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, cookie data, usage logs.
- Location data (approximate): approximate location is obtained from your device only with your permission, at city/country level. It is used to display your city on your profile and to highlight you in casting opportunities near you/in your region. Exact (GPS) location is not stored; only city/country information is retained. Location permission is optional and can be disabled at any time via your device settings.
2. Purposes of Use
- Creating a membership account and providing the service,
- Publishing profiles and processing applications to casting listings,
- Regional matching based on approximate location and displaying nearby opportunities when you have given permission,
- Payment and billing transactions,
- Notifications and communication (information, support),
- Security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
Your data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service:
- Payment institution: a licensed virtual POS provider for the secure processing of credit/debit card payments. Card details are processed directly within this institution's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and are not stored on the Merchant's side.
- Mobile app stores: payment and subscription transactions for in-app purchases (IAP) made through the mobile application (iOS/Android) are handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play; your payment data is processed directly on these platforms and no card details are held on the Merchant's side.
- Hosting and notification services: server/CDN and push notification (Firebase) providers.
- Authorised authorities: where required by law.
Your profile information (content you choose to publish) may be viewed by casting directors and production teams as part of the platform's purpose.
4. Cookies
The platform uses cookies for session management, remembering preferences, and usage analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect the functioning of the service.
5. Data Retention and Security
Data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and as stipulated by applicable legislation. Reasonable technical and administrative measures (encryption, access control, etc.) are applied to protect your data.
