This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been established electronically between the Seller, whose information is provided below, and the Buyer (Member) who purchases digital membership service via the www.castistanbul.com website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Parties
Seller: Cast Oyunculuk ve Yapımcılık Film Ticaret Limited Şirketi, whose information is provided above.
Buyer (Member): A real or legal person who purchases a paid membership service by becoming a member of the platform. The Buyer's name-surname, address, email, phone, and payment information are declared by them during the order/payment stage.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and performance of the digital membership service, whose characteristics and fee are specified below, ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's platform, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Nature and Scope of the Service
The purchased service is not a physical product but a completely digital membership/subscription service. Paid membership provides the Member with the following opportunities:
- Creation and publication of actor/model profiles on the platform,
- Uploading and showcasing media content such as photos and videos,
- Ability to apply for published casting calls,
- Visibility of the profile to cast directors and production teams.
The service does not include a job/role finding or income guarantee; the platform only offers an intermediary/showcase service that connects talent with production projects.
4. Service Fee and Payment
Membership plans and current fees (Turkish Lira, including VAT) are clearly displayed on the order/payment page. The Buyer sees and approves the type of plan selected (e.g., annual or indefinite) and the total fee before completing the payment.
Payments can be made through two channels: (1) via the website with a secure virtual POS infrastructure using credit/debit card or bank transfer/EFT; (2) via the mobile application (iOS/Android) through App Store or Google Play in-app purchase (IAP). For web card payments, card information is not stored by the Seller; payment is processed through a PCI-DSS compliant secure infrastructure. For mobile app subscriptions, payment, billing, and automatic renewal are entirely managed by Apple App Store / Google Play in accordance with their own rules. For bank transfer/EFT payments, bank/IBAN information is provided to the Buyer during the payment step.
5. Performance / Delivery
Since the service is digital, no physical delivery is made. Upon confirmation of payment, membership is activated immediately (instantly), and access to the service is granted via the Member's account. (For bank transfer/EFT, activation is done upon confirmation that the payment has been received.)
6. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception
In accordance with Article 15, paragraph (1), subparagraph (ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; for services performed instantly in electronic environment, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the performance of the service begins with the Consumer's consent.
The Member is deemed to have expressly consented to the immediate commencement of the service (membership activation) by accepting this situation during the payment step. Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal expires after activation is completed. For cancellation and refund conditions, please refer to the "Cancellation, Refund, and Right of Withdrawal" page.
7. General Provisions
- The Buyer agrees to use the platform in accordance with the membership purpose and legally.
- The Buyer declares that the information provided about themselves is correct; responsibility arising from incorrect/incomplete information belongs to the Buyer.
- The Seller shows reasonable effort for service continuity; it cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions in cases of force majeure.
8. Resolution of Disputes
In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.
9. Effectiveness
The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement during the payment step. The Agreement comes into force upon the Buyer's approval of the order.
