The following categories of personal data are processed: identity (name-surname, date of birth), contact (e-mail, phone, address), profile/portfolio (photo, video, physical characteristics, experience), customer transactions (membership and payment records), location (approximate/city-country level location obtained with consent; precise GPS location is not stored), and transaction security (IP, log, cookie) data.
2. Purposes of Processing
Establishment and performance of the membership agreement, provision of services, payment processes, customer relations and support, sending notifications, fulfilling legal obligations, and ensuring information security.
3. Legal Bases
Personal data are processed on the following legal bases: necessity for the establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and, where required, explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5).
4. Transfer of Data
Data may be shared with a licensed payment institution (virtual POS provider), Apple App Store / Google Play for in-app purchases, hosting and notification service providers — strictly limited to the stated purpose and within the framework of applicable legislation — and with authorised public authorities where legally required. Where transfers abroad are involved, the provisions of KVKK Art. 9 are complied with.

Data are collected electronically via membership/application forms, platform usage, cookies, and payment processes.
6. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)
As the owner of personal data, you have the right to: learn whether your data are being processed, request information, learn whether your data are being used in accordance with its purpose, request correction, request deletion/destruction, learn the third parties to whom your data have been transferred, object to decisions arising solely from automated processing of your data that produce adverse results, and request compensation for damages.
