The membership purchased through Cast İstanbul is a digital service; no physical product shipment (courier/post) is involved. This page explains how and when the service is fulfilled (delivered).
1. Method of Delivery (Fulfillment)
The membership service is provided electronically through the Member's platform account upon payment confirmation. Upon activation, all features included in the membership (profile publishing, media uploading, applying to listings) become available.
2. Delivery (Fulfillment) Timeframe
For credit/debit card payments, membership is activated automatically and instantly at the moment payment is confirmed. For bank transfer/EFT payments, membership is activated after the payment has been confirmed as received into the account (usually within the same business day).
In very rare cases of confirmation delays, activation is completed as soon as the confirmation reaches the system.
3. Access and Issue Resolution
If your membership has not been activated despite your payment, or if you cannot access the service, please contact us through the channel below with your payment/receipt details; we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
