1. Key Features of the Service
The service subject to sale is a digital membership/subscription service with no physical product. Membership covers profile creation and publishing, media uploading, applying to casting listings, and having the profile viewed by production teams.
2. Price and Payment
The total price (VAT included) in Turkish Lira for the selected membership plan is clearly displayed on the payment page. Payments can be made through two channels: (1) via the website using a secure virtual POS infrastructure by credit/debit card or bank transfer/EFT; (2) via the mobile app (iOS/Android) through in-app purchase (IAP) on the App Store or Google Play. For web card payments, card details are not stored by the Seller; payment is processed through PCI-DSS compliant secure infrastructure. For mobile app subscriptions, payment, billing, and automatic renewal are managed entirely by Apple App Store / Google Play under their own terms. For bank transfer/EFT payments, bank/IBAN details are provided to the Buyer at the payment step.
3. Manner and Duration of Performance
The service is digital; membership is activated instantly upon payment confirmation. There is no physical delivery.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Since performance of the service begins immediately with the Consumer's explicit consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after activation, pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The member acknowledges this by consenting to the immediate commencement of the service at the payment step.
5. Complaints and Objections
The Consumer may submit complaints and objections through the Seller's communication channels; they may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the applicable statutory monetary limits.
